Suggested quantities for a la carte:
1 lb of meat for 2-3 people (ie 5 lbs of brisket or 2.5 lbs brisket and 2.5 lbs pork for a party of 10)
1 rack of ribs for 2-3 people
1 link of sausage per person
1 lb of cracklin for 4-5 people

What do a la carte meats come with?
All meats are served with dill pickles, sliced white onion, and our house barbecue sauce. Feel free to add on sliced bread and other flavors of sauces and pickles from our extras section.

Eco friendly plates, napkins, and silverware can be added to your order for $1/guest. Disposable chafing dishes and sternos are available for $10/set.
