Heritage breed pork shoulder seasoned with our house rub, then smoked over oak and pecan on our reverse flow smoker for around 14 hours. The pork is shredded and lightly seasoned with our vinegar barbecue sauce.
 
One pound of meat feeds 2-3 people.
