Spare Ribs

Oven Method

  1. Heat oven to 250F. Remove ribs from vacuum bag and place on a sheet tray.

  2. Place on middle rack and heat for 45 minutes, or until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

 

Stovetop Method

  1. Do not remove ribs from bag.

  2. Add the bagged ribs to a large stock pot and cover with warm water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Heat for 30 minutes, or until desired internal temperature is reached.

  3. Carefully remove bagged ribs from water and rest for 10 minutes before opening bag and slicing. 

 

Sous Vide Method

  1. Set immersion circulator to 150F. Do not remove ribs from bag.

  2. Add bagged ribs to cooking container, and heat for 90 minutes, or until desired internal temperature is reached. 

  3. Carefully remove bagged ribs from water and rest for 10 minutes before opening bag and slicing.

Reheat Ribs until internal temperature is  165°
